The Esani Institute - A Paul Mitchell Partner School's basic cosmetology course is designed to inspire the artist within you.Our progressive learning environment and talented Learning Leaders facilitate the experience by providing students with extensive hands-on and classroom training in design, cutting, coloring, multi-cultural techniques, the science of bone structure and facial-shape adaptability. We also mentor future professionals in attitude, retailing, and personal appearance and offer various business development classes.
CORE – Learn the rules! In this introductory course, you'll learn the basics that will let you confidently begin working on guests, and your Learning Leaders will help you blend professional skills with personal development.
ADAPTIVE – Apply the rules! Building on the skills you learned in CORE, this intermediate level teaches the value of time management, retailing, and the art of successful communication.
CREATIVE – Expand the rules! This final phase takes you through advanced hairdressing and chemical work. During your last months and weeks toward graduation, you'll spend your time in high gear, preparing yourself for your future salon career.
